The hotel is absolutely great with savoury food and pleasant views. The twin room is nicely equipped and has a kettle, central heating, and a TV set. Overall the staff is hard-working. The breakfast was exceptional, we truly enjoyed plenty of meals. The venue is in the central location in centre of Stratford. Also, it is really close to a proper pub in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon, all bars, reaturants shops and market and Very near the train station.

Decent size and airy unit with a simple decor. A chair, a sofa, and nice sheets were nice.
A bit tired bathroom.

I didn't want to say goodbye and definitely want to stay in that area again. That was lovely little hotel set in perfect area, really close to the RSC theatre and Shakespeare's birthplace as well as public footpath. Central location was a plus.

The breakfast was exceptional for a hotel of this rating with cheap orange juice and sausage and inedible scrambled egg. Had a fantastic and gorgeous room with old cushions and the bar plus air freshener, and I couldn't ask for more. There was a lovely garden, great setting close to downtown Stratford as well as the opera.
Some people working there were quite noisy.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk from the train station and right in the heart of everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. The rooms may be basic, but they were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was a great value for the price we paid. We also appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary welcome drink and the free toiletries provided.
We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely recommend it to our family and friends.
